Due to the customization of this product, refunds will not be given. Exchanges will only be allowed on case to case basis and only if the error was my fault.

If any decor (flowers, bows, etc) falls off, just add a dab of hot glue to reattach it. 

I am not responsible if a freshie melts or falls off of the string. Please make sure that you are avoiding direct sunlight as the warning label states. 

Turnaround time is currently 7-14 BUSINESS days, this does not include weekends or holidays. 

This turnaround time is for processing ONLY. Shipping times vary by location. Once a package has been dropped off at the post office, it is no longer under my control. Tracking numbers will be provided.
